Things have been hopping at Rock U lately! We had our first annual Fall Music Camp a couple of weeks ago. The crowd wasn't real large, but they were very interested in learning. I was very proud of our instructors and their presentations. I learned a lot, myself!
Today has been a long, but very good, day. After my morning lessons, it was time to haul gear across town and set up for our Sooeyfest recital. It was a lot of work, but I had a blast! The sense of pride I felt for our students' performances was very powerful. They did awesome jobs!
On a personal note, I was also able to perform with CrossBorn, the praise band at Grace United Methodist Church. The weather was great, the trains were minimal, the crowd was sizable, and our performance was a lot of fun. Thank you to my bandmates for a great performance!
